Steak & Scallion Rolls with Mediterranean Aioli

Ingredients

6 cups Kraft Mayo Calorie-Wise Real Mayonnaise
1 cups Chopped fresh basil
1 cups Capers, chopped
1 cups Orange juice
1 cups Red chili peppers, finely chopped
1 mL Green chili peppers, finely chopped
6 slices Boneless beef rib-eye steaks, cut into 1-oz. (30 g) slices
1/2 cups Kosher salt
1/4 cups Ground black pepper
3 each Scallions, each cut into 2 (3-inch) lengths
1 cups Oil

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Mix
    Mayonnaise, basil, capers, orange juice and chili peppers. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Season
    Meat with salt and black pepper. Place 3 scallion pieces on end of each meat slice; roll up. Secure with wooden pick. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • For 6 servings:
  • Heat
    1 Tbsp. (15 mL) oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add 6 meat rolls; cook until evenly browned, turning as needed. Discard toothpicks.
