Cuban Chicken Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

2 slices Ciabatta loaves, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 cups Kraft Bistro Sauce
1/3 qt. Casino Swiss Cheese, shredded
1 lb. Smoked ham, thinly sliced
1/3 qt. Rotisserie chicken, pulled
2 each Whole kosher dill pickles, each cut lengthwise into 8 slices
1 cups Unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • For each serving:
  • Spread
    2 bread slices evenly with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) mustard. Fill with 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) cheese, 1 oz. (30 g) ham, 1/3 cup (75 mL) chicken, 2 pickle slices and additional 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) cheese. Brush outside of sandwich evenly with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) butter.
  • Grill
    On flat-top griddle heated to 350ºF for 2 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides. Cut in half.
