Citrus & Cranberry Cheesecake Cups

Ingredients

4 each Peek Freans Lifestyle Selections Bran Crunch
1/2 cups Plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
1 oz. White chocolate, melted
1/2 cups Orange zest
1/2 cups Small navel oranges, sectioned
12 each Dried cranberries

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Crumble
    1 cookie into each of 24 (4-oz. [125-mL]) glass cups (or into each of 4 glass cups for trial recipe).
  • Mix
    Next 4 ingredients until blended; spoon into pastry bag ftted with piping tip. Pipe 1-7/8 oz. (55 g) cream cheese mixture over cookie crumbs in each glass. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • For each serving:
  • Top
    1 dessert with 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) oranges and 3 cranberries. Serve immediately.
