Creamy Edamame Dip with Peppers

Ingredients

2 qt. Frozen edamame (shelled)
1/2 cups Kraft Oriental Sesame Dressing
1/4 cups Cold water
1 cups Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
2 each Scallions, coarsely chopped
2 cups Lemon juice
1 cups Minced gingerroot
1 cups Garlic
1 each Orange peppers, cut into strips
1 each Red peppers, cut into strips
1 each Yellow peppers, cut into strips

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Cook
    Edamame in boiling water in saucepan 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again. Place in food processor.
  • Add
    All remaining ingredients except peppers; process until smooth.
  • Serve
    With peppers.
