Ingredients

1 qt. Prepared mashed potatoes
3 oz. Ground beef, cooked, drained
1 each Eggs
1/3 cups Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cups Tomatoes, diced
2 cups Scallions, sliced
1/2 cups All-purpose flour

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Combine
    All ingredients, except flour, until well blended. Form into a log about 2 inches in diameter. Roll in plastic wrap; refrigerate until firm.
  • Cut
    Log into 2-1/2-inch pieces; roll in flour. Fry in 375ºF (190ºC) deep fryer 4 min. or until crisp.
