Caesar Slaw

This hearty coleslaw, with Brussels sprouts taking the place of cabbage, is a unique side dish for roasted turkey or chicken.

Ingredients

2 qt. Brussels sprouts, shaved, sauteed
1/4 qt. Rye bread croutons
2 cups Pure Kraft Refrigerated Asiago Caesar Dressing
1 cups Pine nuts, toasted
1-1/2 cups Cooked, coarsely chopped bacon
1 cups Lemon zest

Preparation Steps
  • For each serving:
  • Combine
    1 cup (250 mL) Brussels sprouts, 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) croutons, 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) dressing, 1/2 Tbsp. (7 mL) pine nuts and 3/4 tsp. (3 mL) bacon. Garnish with 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) lemon zest.
