Caesar Wedge Salad

A twist on the classic wedge concept using grilled romaine and Caesar elements.

Ingredients

1 each Romaine lettuce wedges, grilled
2 lb. Grilled boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
2 cups Hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 cups Red onions, minced
2 cups Fried pepperoni slices, cut into strips
2 cups Pure Kraft Refrigerated Asiago Caesar Dressing

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • For each serving:
  • Place
    1 lettuce wedge on serving plate. Top with 2 oz. (60 g) chicken and 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) each eggs, onions, pepperoni and dressing.
