Cake mix for standard cupcakes as directed on package for water-only directions, substituting beer for the water. Cool completely.
Beat
Cream cheese, chocolate, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Spoon into pastry bag.
Remove
Cupcakes from paper liners and push 2 Cupcakes into each 8-oz. (250-mL) stout glass or mason jar. Top with about 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Cream Cheese Frosting.
