Korean Pulled Pork Bao

Ingredients

12 slices Cucumber, cut into thin slices (8 g each)
1 cups Kraft Cilantro Lime Dressing
3 cups Gochujang paste (Korean red pepper paste)
Pulled cooked pork
12 Bao buns (50 g each), steamed as directed on package
Kimchi

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Toss
    Cucumbers with dressing; set aside. Mix mayonnaise and gochujang until blended.
  • Cook
    Meat and barbecue sauce on medium-high heat 2 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • For each sandwich:
  • Open
    1 bun; top with 43 g meat mixture, 15 g kimchi, 1 cucumber slice and 1/2 fl oz (14 mL) mayonnaise mixture. Fold in half.
