Ingredients

140 kg Hot cooked long-grain brown rice
85 g Hot cooked beef flat iron steaks, sliced
60 g Kimchi
30 g Cucumbers, sliced
30 g Carrots, sliced
30 g Scallions, sliced
1 g Hot fried sunny-side-up eggs

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • FOR 1 SERVING:
  • Spoon
    140 g rice into shallow serving bowl.
  • Toss
    85 g steak with 30 g barbecue sauce; place over rice along with individual piles of 60 g kimchi, and 30 g each cucumbers, carrots and scallions.
  • Place
    1 cooked egg over ingredients in centre of bowl; drizzle with 15 g Sriracha sauce.
