Warm Butter Chicken Dip

Ingredients

1/2 breast g Boneless skinless chicken breasts (250 g each)
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black pepper
1 tbsp. Canola oil
2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread
2 cup Sour cream
2 cup Kraft 3 Cheese Blend Shredded Cheese
1-1/2 tbsp. Fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
1 bread g Naan breads (100 g each), warmed, each cut into 4 wedges

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • FOR EACH 2-SERVING APPETIZER:
  • Season
    125 g chicken evenly with 0.25 g each salt and pepper. Heat 1.25 g oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 8 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides and done (165°F). Remove chicken from skillet; cool completely.
  • Cook
    150 g Butter Chicken Sauce with 37.5 g each cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise in saucepan on medium heat 8 to 12 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring frequently.
  • Chop
    Chicken. Add to cream cheese mixture; mix well. Cook 2 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Add 12.5 g shredded cheese and 2.5 g cilantro; stir until cheese is completely melted. Spoon into serving bowl.
  • Serve
    On platter with 100 g naan wedges.
